The followings are
interpreted like:
1. Kanda means root
or bulb, which is a common medium of propagation of plants. Hence the fact that
the Lord is the “root” cause for the creation, sustenance and growth of the
Universe is what is meant in this shloka.
2. Vishvakanda also
means one who bestows happiness to all devotees in the world. Eeshvara means,
“Being the embodiment of all divine faculties, He protects, guides and
regulates the whole Universe, which His own creation”.

and keshava is one who has a beautiful hair

Keshava--Kah=Brahma+Aha=Vishnu+Eesha= Shiva, Keshah= the Trinity. One who is
superior to Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva

The cycle of births
and deaths is known as “Samsara- Chakra”. O Lord! All Your activities results
only in this cycle. As “You” wear the discus of births and deaths also, “You”
are referred to as ‘Chakra-dhara’.
It is said in
Bhagavatam, the seven constituent ingredients of the Cosmic body i.e., chyle
(milky bodily fluid consisting of lymph and emulsified fats), blood, flesh,
fat, bone, marrow and semen represent the chchandas or metres namely, Gayatri,
Ushnik, Anushtup, Bhrihati, Pankti,Trishtup and Jagathi and the beard
represents streak of lightning
